I have received numerous calls for Kristen Walls on my cell phone for that past three years.  I have requested these people not call me as this cell phone is not owned by a Kristen Walls and I do not know a Kristen Walls.  They continue to call anyway.

These people have been calling me for the past two years or more. Now, they just use a robot to speak to you. They ask for a certain name which I've never used, and a long time ago, I told one of the females that I was not the person who they are looking for. Further, I told them if they think I owe them something to write to me, but I was not going to give them my address. That was several years ago, and I've yet to receive any letter from them. I told them that I would take it to my lawyer, and he would respond.

This company is Everest Management, a collection agency.

Idiots keep calling with there automated system.  Not the person they are looking for and completely annoying boarding harrassment.

They're calling me during business hours, so I can't answer my cell phone.  But the message asks for someone whom I have the same first name as but not the same last name.  Incidentally, my first name is a REALLY common name, my last name is not.  I think I answered their call once and I told them I wasn't who they were looking for and they asked me for my social to confirm that I wasn't who I was saying that I wasn't; which I did not give to them.

depsite being told more then once that the person they trying to reach is not at this number they still call! I just had to call them again and warn them. its from a collection agency

have made numerous requests to stop calling but only lasts for a short period of time. I am truly annoyed as I use a pay-go phone and, of course, they don't reinbuerse me. Will be looking into calling the FCC to see what I can do.
