    I received an automated call saying that they could reduce the interest rate on my credit card. The call was then transferred to a representative from a company called "Card Services" who asked for my card no. in order to reduce the rate. I got his phone no. 18669299738 and name (Eric Williams) and told him that I would call him back once I made sure it was legit. So my question is is this legit?
