    I had charges from VA SOLUTIONS 866-931-5881 GB on the 2nd and 3rd of the month show up on my Australian c/c account. One for US$4.99, the second for the commonly noted US$39.97. Have had to cancel the card and have it re-issued... man I hate these scammers!

    This has also popped up on my bank statement, I emailed my bank and told them to check this website for all the statements of fraud, then i told them to run my recent card history for similar charges and companies and search for more fraud ( if they hit u once imagine if there was one u didnt catch ) and then get back to me with all of them and we can start filling out all the fraud paperwork. DEATH TO ALL THIEF BOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I just checked my online account too.  I had two charges from VA SOLUTIONS phone:866-931-5881 charged ($5.03) and CS CONSULTING phone:866-851-8579 charged ($1.01).  This happened on the same date of Feb 9, 2009.

    And I just canceled my debit card like 5 days before that date! I'm only 18 years-old here...  I have to call my bank when it opens tomorrow and get this checked out.. please help me out.. I don't know what to do and I don't want to get my parents involved. They have enough problems filling out my FAFSA stuff for college..

    I saw a MSP SRV INTL charge for $1 and then $39.97, and then a month later, it was $39.97 again, but a different company name, LRI INC.  Then, a month later it was $39.97 again and the name was BETA BKK.  That's when I realized something was up and called my cc company to dispute it.

    I actually did not get a call from these people, but this number showed up on my credit card statement so figured I should contribute.

    Same going on here. Actually I got a whole slew of charges on a credit card I just had replaced. All the charges are on the new card/account and I have never used this card since received. Included are the following:

    VA GROUP 866-931-5881 GBR

    Never hear of it never authorized such a charge. They are repeated charges and I get the same response when I call the number showing on statement about that they are very busy and call later.

    All - Same scenario happened to me. VISA called to confirm suspicious charges and I had them but a block on my card and I now need to order a new one from my bank (8 - 10 days until I get new one) PLUS I'll have to re-establish many online/paybill accounts. Not good but better than paying ~$40/mo for nothing!

    If ANYONE finds out more about these companies, please post so we can all take advantage of your insights.
    Thanks

    I got this same $ 39.97 ($48.91 canadian - quite the exchange rate) charge a few times now and blamed it on my 19 year old son.  I also called and got the same message saying they were experiencing technical difficulties.  I have also got a charge from MANSTERMED.COM for $24.95 ($32.33 canadian) at 866 364-6104 which doesn't answer the phone either.  Has anyone else?

    Manstermed.com is probably Brazzers.Com (Or Liveatbrazzers.com).

    In comparison to OTL/ZeroWP/Zero Hour Marketing Limited/Logical Marketing/Beta BKK/ JMN Corp, etc they should hopefully work with you.

    "Why'd you list those others?"

    Searched OTL Media Limited... found this site (and others) found a "This is the real number" to an old tour page for AnalDestruction.Com listing it as ZeroWP.com. Clicked the page and saw it was now Zero Hour Marketing LTD. Figured they changed companies -emailed ZeroWP.com NO RESPONSE.

    Noticed a NEW Charge -same amount- Beta BKK which I found might be OTL Media under one of 3 Names Associated (OTL MEDIA LIMITED 866-931-5881/ BETA  BKK  866-669-9456 GB/ JMN CORP 866-581-8593 GB) [ http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/beta-bkk-866-669-9456-gbr-c164339.html The Source link] looking around some more... saw that while I could find references to Zero Hour Marketing LTD in Maidstone (Mstone) Kent UK I found no homepage [I was still assuming ZeroWP and Zero Hour were different at that point]. Looked some more and found Logical Marketing (Thelogichelp.com 1-866-581-7543) which looks IDENTICAL to ZeroWP.com (1-866-581-8197). Cookie Cutter similar.

    I'm going to try to pester thelogichelp.com about these charges. I can't afford excess charges any more than the rest of you. If not... I'm lining them all up for the Paypal Mastercard Fraud Dispute firing squad. So far I have not seen a single webpage I'd have paid for.

    Hopefully yhis Long post is helpful to someone.

    Forgot that I got to 'thelogichelp.com' via clicking on a 'Rsbilling.net' gif at txcsupport.com (which lists the sites that that page runs billing for NICE feature.)

    thelogichelp/zerowp expects you to know:

       * Email Address Used
       * Username
       * Member ID
       * Billed Credit Card #

    which for many will be impossible. I'm going to try anyway.

    Another one... also has a page for their number on this site.

    cypherhour.com 866-581-8266

    Identical in every way save phone number and website to zerowp.com and thelogichelp.com

    All 3 have "live person" links which I don't trust personally.

    (This is hopefully my last post before I call) -.-;

    Mailed cypherhour.com - forwarded to kayako@cypherhour.com which is dead according to deed.isprime.com HOWEVER
    Mailed thelogichelp.com - UNKNOWN if they received considering...

    zerowp.com replied... a support ticket at deesupport.com was created. (related Deecash.com)

    A person (Rhian signed it; email addy Says Rem Bolton; reply to is support@zerowp.com) at Extreme Paychecks then replied with my AllNetworkPass.com data. I'm looking into this further but I think at this point I've found the end point and now it's a matter of "Is one of their sites something I paid for?" and that could take me all day.

    I provided my First 6 and Last 4 numbers on the card being charged, and my potential email addresses. They provided me with my username and password... from just those pieces of information.

    Funny that I had to scour the internet on 2 occassions to find that little bit of data. :/

    Don't visite those famous sites anymore, just like i did to.
    I was charged during 4 months. You can cancal it by typping those names in google.com, then you can see some sites like for exemple http://othermembers.com, here you can subscribe. Good luck and stay away from adult sites ;-)

    i had 2 charges (that i noticed!) first, feb 9 2009 for $39.97usd from BETA-BKK 866-669-9456. wondered what it was and couldnt find any info about it. second, march 11 2009 for $39.97usd from THESYSTEMTECH.COM 866-581-8590. now this one i actually went to this site and it looked like a legit billing company even with a 24/7 customer support hotline. so i called to find out, i talked to a rep and said it was from an adult web site in witch i dont remember subscribing to. i also asked about the feb 9th transaction and he said that was from one of their many other billing companies and he could cancel all this so i took his word for it and made him cancel. i did not report to my visa company yet but i will most likely be.

    I have also been scammed by the same people, same amount and am currently pursuing the issue with my bank. Interesting that you say it is related to a telecommunications company based in India - has anyone, perchance, recently changed their mobile service provider to another less known company (not mentioning names at this stage) contracting out to an Indian call centre? Seems my change of mobile phone provider correlates to the beginning of all this...
