Comcast survey, even though I pressed 2 to NOT participate

Same here. Spouse called Comcast for service, and now we're getting multiple calls with no one on the line from this number even though it's late. Thank goodness for Panasonic call blocking phone, although it still rings once.

This is an automatic call from Comcast. You or somebody using you phone called Comcast customer service and while waiting for the a live person you accepted a return phone call for a costumer satisfaction survey.

i called to report a line down on the telephone pole just now from my job and they called me back and i answered and they didnt say anything.. i guess just to verfi.. but a compay as big as they are should be more professional to say something.. or well it is Comcast

ComcasT!  i didn't answer, but do I have a few choice words!!! They shouldn't call me for a damn survey!  That is the most inept company I have ever dealt with!  Squirrels could run it better.

Aug 23 2011, still Comcast survey. Just started service, so it makes sense.

I got a call to but I never answer calls from Toll-free numbers on caller ID. They never left a message but I have had Verizon FIOS for about 5 years now so I'm not sure why Comcast is calling me

It's just a Comcast survey.  Don't post here if you don't even bother picking up the phone to see who's calling.  I called them a while ago with a service problem, though when I was prompted to participate in a survey, I pressed 2 for "no".

This is Comcast's customer satisfaction survey. Although I opted out for they survey, they called anyway!

I got the call. I request a COMCAST survey after I needed their customer service help... I don't expect to be called over and over..........

Yeah, the funny thing is I chose to opt out of the survey beforehand.

Called comcast due to billing error on their end. Declined the survey (pressed 2) when I was asked to participate. I have now rec'd 4 calls in the last 12 hours from this number (10:42pm, 1:01am, 9:02am, 11:03am). I really hate comcast anyway. I wish there was other options when it comes to cable companies.

I called Comcast about an issue and they asked if I wanted to do a follow-up survey. Even though I said no I still got this call.
