lady calls and says she is looking for someone that I know and asks me to relay message.  When I asked for details she goes off about it isn't any of my business.... I told her I would not deliver a message without accurate info and this lead to a screaming match with the rudest person named Brenda Ross from Four Star Arbitration. Finally hung up and she then calls my alternate line and starts again.... Really?  Get a life people!

Jodi you work for the scam debt collector.  Do not answer any phone calls from these people.  Let them leave voicemails and save them.  Next contact an attorney who deals with these low life scam debt collectors that buy old out of statue of limitations debt for pennies on the dollar.  You can sue them for each and every phone call to you and relatives, or employer.  Do not fall victim to these lowlifes.

Received a phone call at my mother's house about an cash advance from advance america in 2008 for 665$...I questioned this Brenda Ross and asked her the company name and location. she stated that they sent me a letter that i never received in july 2013 and said I needed to make some kind of payment arrangements with them so my case doen't get picked up by the district attorneys office... She said something needed to be received by the end of the month.  I never got any letters and never heard of these people its the second time this month some so called collector has called me...LEAVE ME ALONE

I had the same situation on this past Friday and it was from Advance America in 2008 as well. They started telling me about warrants and all this and that, but I contact the local warrant division and she told me that it is a scare tactics they use to make people pay them. I have never been in trouble with the law and I told her this loan is 5 years old why haven't I heard or seen anything before then, she couldn't tell me. I told them I will pay $10 a month until it is paid and they told me that they couldn't take that and I told them to send me a letter refusing my payment and the low life on the other end Brenda told me that she couldn't do it and I was at that time so mad I started yelling and she hung up. My thing is I was going to pay it back, but I'm not going for broke to do it.
