Follow the steps in what you need to know. A legitimate debt collector agency should not have a problem with giving you a real business name and address you can google and verify via google street view, BBB etc.
For extortion Scam Operations, file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=se ... s=call+blockers - ShillKill replies to Jordan MDarn, that sucks! If you don't mind me asking, what was the debt for, and who exactly filed suit against you? (they will be listed as "Plaintiff" in the documents that you were served.
BTW, you don't have to pay court fees unless you have a judgement against you in the case. - MJG replies to Jordan MYou were served----------------- a kiddie meal at McDonalds. The rest is BULL. Good luck making us believe you.
- Tamianth replies to Jordan MI need hip waders to wade through that male cow bowel matter you have dumped on the thread Shill. Run along now, back to your broom in the boiler room, in case you forgot, its that way --->
- MidNYteStorm replies to Jordan MIs that a tennis court, basketball court, or a volleyball court?
- TommyReceived this message too. Calling BS, if it's a legal matter, then send it certified mail. I will say threatening voicemails with robotic voice are quite convincing; however, a phone call is NOT a legit channel for legal matter. Please hang up and try again.
- ANonieMouse replies to Jordan M>>> told me that i have a complaint against me. <<<
So you are complaining about yourself? That should make it really easy ... you serve yourself, haul yourself into court against yourself, and no matter what the judgment, one way or another, you are sure to lose! - yef replies to Jordan MSeems like a lot of people have complaints against you, starting with yourself. With your idiotic lies, I can see why.
You were being served, eh? Was it by Captain Peacock? ---> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xt8K3gGm7g8&safe=active - FraudFighterGot a call telling me to call 866-940-2793 regarding a "complaint" against me and that I have "24 hours to comply. Good luck." The caller did not leave the name of the organization. --
Uh, no *legitimate* agency uses this technique. Legit agencies provide written legal notices, identifying the name of the agency and the name of the person or company making the complaint, and the nature of the complaint. If a legit follow-up is required by phone in some legal matters, the caller must provide the name of the calling agency and the name of the plaintiff making the claim or complaint. --
Furthermore, there is no legitimate legal process that begins with a phone call contact and at the same time demands 24-hour responses ... especially not ending the call with a sarcastic "Good luck". That's why I flagged this as a Prank Call. -- Eff 'emm!- Caller: no company name was provided
- Call type: Prank
