Got a call from a blocked number...person said they were a process server and i needed to call 866 940 2796 with my claim number because a law suit has been filed against me. Scammers! And illegal. Century and associates or hamner.... Bs

Also, don't believe them about any law suit. Its just an old debt and they aren't even authorized to collect on it.

This number shows as restricted and claims to have a lawsuit pending against me and that if my case goes to court, I will be out $3700 in court fees. They claim to be a corporate lawfirm, but cannot be found within the BBB or Federal Trade Commission websites.  They will provide your name, phone numbers, and social security numbers when making these calls.
