Not a call but a "telewire" that came via the post office.  The name Ranger Fairbank and this number to call to "bring my account current" was on it.  I checked CitiMortgage (using the number on MY BILL) and they verified that my account was fine.  I think this is a scam, the number does not cross reference.  Ranger Fairbank also appears in other posts with different numbers.  BE WARY about calling any phone number coming in the mail.

Just go a telewire withthat pnone number on it claiming they were citimortgage. I called the real citimortgage and they told me my account was fine. So whoever is doing this must know that i have a loan thru citimotgage. Would like to set up a meeting with these people face to face just to expose them and maybe catch them in the act.

Got the same letter, Called Citimortgage and my account is fine too! we pay every month on time.
