Cease and Desist Notice
Dear Sir/Madam::
    Pursuant to my rights under federal debt collection laws, I am requesting that you cease an desist communication with me, as well as my family and friends in relation to this and all other alleged debts you claim I owe.
    You are hereby notified that if you do not comply with this request, I will immediately file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the New York Attorney General’s office headed by Andrew Cuomo.  Civil and criminal claims will be pursued.

From the number 866-940-7668, a call was placed to my brother inlaw (same last name) asking about my daughter ( different last name).  Someone named Anna Milis asked for Rob to call her back in reference to my daughter. Did not identify anything else

Also received an almost incomprehensible message from this number which began "This message is for *says my name* if you are not *says my name* then do not listen to this message further." The woman had such a heavy Southern accent that I could barely understand the message but it is some sort of collection agency, and I assume it's some sort of scam. Not calling back.
