I want to know about your company

I have recieved messages from this number, when I called and asked who they were they hung up.

I realize that you are trying to do your job, but , no matter who you are and who we are, would you have  some form of civility and patience and not yell on the phone.  
Also , you should not be leaving detailed messages of a confidential matter on an answering machine
.  This refers to  a male, franco phone agent / and or worker /who called and left a message and who did not leave his name.//// bad business sense.///, as well as yells ,whenever ,I have spoken to him.

received a call today from 1-866-940-9943, man's voice left a message in french ( sorry don't speak french) so i called back had the man tell me i have a ctc credit card past due. I told him that that was paid off more then 6 years ago (other collection agency ) he started to yell at me saying i was laughing at him. told him to prove other wise, and informed him i would be in touch with my lawyer. he hung up on me. now i'm just waiting for him to call me back so i can pass on my lawyer's number to him. if i owe i owe but this one is paid for.

To the RUDE, DISRESPECTFUl, UNPROFESSIONAL excuse for a male employee at the following phone number 866-940-9943 who hand the nerve to yell at me  and hang up on me, after me telling that once again he has the wrong #. ( this "person" has called numerous times). You need a serious lesson on manners and professionalism. understand, "what goes around, comes around."  have a rotten day!

Some very bogus message is played telling you about an important business matter. FRAUD ALERT there is never ever ever an important business matter that starts off with a record message. Call you phone company, local police , CRTC and http://www.antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca/english/home.html.
I called them and they do not even identify themselves on the phone. BEWARE OF THE FRAUD ARTIST giving you all kinds of bogus claims, with all phones today having call display the person on the other end wanted to know my phone number, to check my file, this is just a trick to hook you into the call, tell them that you are calling the CRTC to file a complaint and hangup immediately

A collection agency for mickey mouse companies... Let em have it if they call! Give em all you got. They have ZERO authority by law to do anything to anyone.

They like to yell unreal !!

And they don't give up
