Not a phone call, but a checking account "transfer" on my statement.

I have no idea who that is. Needless to say, I'm fighting it.

I have had the same  from Moody Systems and gorhatch systems. I fought it @ the bank and they stoped any charges going through. I still have yet to find out what/who these companies are!

They are subscription charges for "a free lifetime membership" for sites listed on this site http://no-credit-card-required.info/fetish/. They claimed the credit card or bank account info was just for age verification.

For 3 months I have received a $49.97 e.f.t. charge to my checking account. I assumed that either my wife or my daughter hsd subscribed to something from Moody Bible Institute of Moody magazines, which are both Christian based. Imagine my surprise and dismay when I did a Google search and found it was a pornographic site. We never received a phone call from this company, and I have no idea how they got my bank numbers for a transfer. Moody Systems should be investigated and forced out of business. I will be calling my bank tomorrow (Monday) to have these charges reversed and have Moody Systems blocked from my account.

How did you stop the billing?

Moody Systems and gorhatch systems are Adult sites... Cancelled and got my money back by calling 1-866-945-4480 and going the F**k OFF!!!

felix, i believe that you just posted some very personal information on a public forum, not such a good idea.  i have had 2 very similar charges for this site.  the number after the MOODY SYSTEMS i believe was a routing and account number.

Called Gorhatch Systems at 800-461-9800.  I was told that the charges were made by 12 yr old grandson(has no access to a computer) and that I had no recourse for the 4 charges of $105.00 but to file charges on him.  They would not refund my money but did say that they would block any other charges to my card.

I looked in my staement and found that i ahve been getting charged 49.97 for the past  4 months. Can not find any information on this company/product.

I had a charge also.... call customer service 866-987-3184... they were very helpful and are issuing me a credit.

I had two charges. I called 866-945-4480. The customer service representative who spoke very bad English was very polite, looked up the charges and agreed to refund my money and block future charges to my account.

same problem here. got charged for $29.99 and I want my $ back.

I had they same $29.99 charge last night. Bank couldn't tell me anything other than moody systems  inc and they used my checking account and routing number. I haven't written a check in years so that info isn't just floating around. The bank refunded the charge, but said I should close my account and open a new one.

I just realized while balancing my checking acct that I  had two charges for 29.99 each. One was  on July 24 2012 and second one was on aug 22 2012. I'm not even a computer person nor do I own one. My cell phone was broken for nearly 8 months and didn't get it fixed till sept 7 2012. I have absolutely no idea who this co is? I have called my bank and they're sending a form to investigate it. I SO SHOCKED AND DISTURBED. I don't want to even start learning the computer on my smartphone now. I hope I get my money back. Doesn't come easy. These people at this co should be shot!!!

I received a total of three charges from this Moody Ltd company, at the end of July, end of August and mid October, each for $29.99.  In September, I had called my bank and they refunded me the July and August charges, but they said they could not stop payment on future charges.

Once I got this most recent charge, I called 1.866.945.4480.  There is an automated message about going to a website, but if you wait till it finishes, you are connected to a live operator.  The first time, the connection was bad, so I called again.  The second time, I spoke with a non-native speaker, who was polite, and after asking me a few questions about the date and amount of the charge, my name and the last 4 and first 6 digits of the card charged, he told me he had refunded the charge (to take effect in the next 7-10 business days) and stopped the automatic withdrawal of any future charges.  He gave me a confirmation number, so I am hoping that this issue is resolved.

If it doesn't stop, or even if it does, I'd close that account and open one in a different bank.
