No call, but these [***] robbed my bank account for $24.95. WTF!?!

Apparently this number took about $35 out of my Mom's account. Can't find a damn thing about them outside of their website.

ME too! I got that this morning and was like what heck did I miss something.  I haven't gone good joy shopping for simple 24.95 for this morning.

I call and find out that it was charge to Done Right; long distance plane. Even they have my home address and my name. How in the world they got information and include it charge my bank for that same amount as you do.

I suggest you call them because they went to refund.

These [***] didn't call me, they just took $24.95 from my account.  I don't even use cheques.  They say they don't know the people they represent.  I don't care who these [***] represent...  I want my bloody money back! They're obviouisly just stealing. Where were they before...  Enron?  I gave tem the cheque number, the trace number and my name...  the idiot who took the call hasn't a clue!  W.T.F. you [***]!  I want my money back and, with any luck, you thieving [***] in jail.

These fu..ing [***] holes took money from my account without me ever having contacted them.  They're internet thieves!  They should be in the penitentiary.  F..k them!

yes they got my grandparents too. not sure how they got the bank account number, but they are supposed to be getting a product shipped to them that they never ordered and the company is supposed to refund the money to the account....we will see!

Just realized that Done Right is taking money out of my acct., without authorization...No idea who they are???....Amt. $24.95....this is the 2nd time I've had to deal with a situation like this!....Makes me very angry!....Lazy, Greedy, People, get rich off the suffering of others...they will pay someday....I'm calling my bank first thing Monday morning...

I just noticed the 24.95 deducted from my checking account.  I have called my bank and left a message at this 866-945-5081.  I am totally clueless as to who this is.  I certainly did not authorize this amount.  What a racket.

same thing happened to me this am - 24.95  - - what the hell -- i certainly don't need a VOIP product - and i KNOW what i spend my money on - I've emailed them - talked to my bank - and now i'm going to rattle some more cages - hopefully they'll be rattling a jail cage soon

I have been getting calls from a number 8019023152 the last few days - and no one is there when i answer.

These people have been taking $24.95 out of my checking account and I just found out four months later. I called this number. No one on the other end,just a message machine. What gives. Bank couldn't do anything about this. Had to stop payment,which cost me 29.00. Who ever is doing this must stop.

Just checked my account and they did te same thing to me, not only did i get the 24.95 charge I also got a insufficent fund charge. This just makes me sick.

they also hit my checking account for 24.95 funny thing is has my checking number on the check but my fathers name on it and he has been dead for eight years

where are these people getting these bank accounts numbers from? Now, a dead person name with the son's account number?. what do we all have in common or maybe nothing? some one let me know I am doing a report for school on this. thanks sandy

just noticed that my account was over drawn and found out they have been taking money out of my account since december.  they will credit me back 90 days.  Where did they get me info from?  now I feel like I have to close my bank account.  I am filing a complaint with the attorney generals office.  Long distance service, I have a cell phone and an ACN video phone, what did I need long distance for!!!  These people need to be stopped!!!

called them, they refunded five out of six months within three days.  Hoping bank will refund over draft fee.  Contacted Attorney general's office and filed complaint with them.  They had me file an identity theft report with the local police department.  People can't just do this to other people.  We have rights!!!  The business is called Done Right.  They are some kind of call center out of Las Vegas, Nevada.

What a crock of sh*t.  Noticed wifes bank account had $24.95 taken out couple days ago, did an inquiry with the bank and it came up Done Right LLC...I called the # but of course its the weekend.  So not only did they take money out of our account but it overdrew it, and the address they have for us is a place we haven't lived at for over 6 years.  Monday morning they are getting a phone call, I will contact local police dept, attorney general and whoever else.  I am also printing off this page on this site to show it isn't just happening to me. I wonder how often this happens and could file a class action suit against these [***].

They have been charging me 24.95 every month and I do not even have the service.
