This is from a toner pirate company going by the name of Digital InfoLogic Inc.
They are scammers and will try to solicit information from unsuspecting companies and individuals, get their information and send them products that are inferior in quality etc and then charge over 10 times what the actual cost would be if it were from a reputable company.
These disgusting no names are scammers!!!! Beware!!!!

We actually recieved toner from this company, charged us over six hundred dollars including over fifty dollars for shipping a two pound box. the invoice i recieved has an address of 1752 E Ave J, STE 300; Lancaster, CA  93535 and a phone number 661.947.5610.
I called the phone number to advise that this bill would not be paid but only got a voicemail at two in the afternoon.

I received a call from these people stating that "we have a contract with [my company name here] and it is time for us to send you another toner cartridge".  I told them that we did not need it, however, just a few days later, it showed up anyway and a bill came shortly after that for almost $700!  That is outrageously high, especially for the machine this was designed for -- about 10 times higher is a pretty accurate estimation.

Avoid this company!  They are liars and scammers.  I am still attempting to return the product to eliminate the debt, but if that fails, I will do what anyone who has received toner from this company should do -- report them to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with your local District Attorney's office.  Only through action can we stop companies like this...

Like the above reports, I too received a phone call from this company saying how our contract stated that it was time for us to get a new toner. I told them I wasn't interested many times and finally just hung up the phone since the lady on the other line would not shut up. A few days later I received a packaged from my warehouse guys. I open to find the toners which I didn't order and the next day, the invoice came.... $597 for 1 toner!!!!! WTF! I called my copier lease company to confirm if they were somehow related to this company but they said no and the actual charge of the toner was only suppose to be $45 per toner!

I've tried calling 3 times already within the hour, using the various phone numbers listed (8669455609) and (661-947-5610) and both ended up with the same result...answering machine.

We received a package from them we did not order. We looked them up on the BBB. They have numerous complaints against them.

If you receive a package from Digital Infologic, refuse it and do not sign for it.

If they bill us, we will be contacting our District Attorney.

This company (Digital Infologic, Inc.) called us and spoke to a newer person here in the office.  They said that they were updating their records and needed the model # off of the copier.  She gave it to them and then we received the toner via ups.  I called them and got a human being.  I said we hadn't ordered this and that I refused to pay one penny on returning it.  She said to set it aside and that they would send ups to pick it up.  Fat chance, instead we got a bill for $699.53.  These people are criminal if you ask me.

If they send us to collections I'm going to accuse the collection company of working with criminals - or something - I don't know.  This really pisses me off

A young woman called me from this company, the caller ID was blocked, but she identified herself as "Jackie" from this "Digital Infologic" company and went through this whole spiel about having already been speaking with somone here about a copier, and she needed to confirm what type of copier it was.  First red flag, she was talking WAY too fast, so I had her repeat several things.  I also got her to tell me who she was claiming to have spoken to (our executive VP of all people- fat chance of that).  I told her she would need to speak to that person directly and offered to transfer her.  Another red flag popped up when she responded to this by asking what number she should have called.  I told her our front door number, which she said she had already dialed.  I then said "yes, and you have to ask for the correct person by name" whereupon she hung up in the middle of my sentence (yet ANOTHER red flag).  I notified the front desk to watch out for any further calls from this company, and thanks to some of the above reports, I will also notify our UPS driver that we will not accept any packages from these people.
Words to the wise, if they are talking too fast and not being upfront about key details, they are trying to hide something from you.  If they are trying to hide something from you, they must HAVE something to hide, i.e. they are trying to trick you.  Avoid these people at all costs!

I usually do the purchasing in the office but was out sick the day this bogus call came in. My boss talked to the lady who said something about a catelog and it was time for a new toner. She told him nevermind that it appeared we were under contract with another company and the toner was free from that company.A few days later a man called claiming to be from U.P.S. and needed a correct address to deliver a package. Our regular U.P.S. driver delivered the package from Digital Infologic so I didn't look at return address until after he left. After he left I opened the box and there was the toner. I boxed it back up and sent it back with a note that it was not ordered by us and we get free toners through our contracted company. I told them I considered it an unsolicited product and should we have any further correspondence from them I would notify the BBB. Since then we have received an invoice for $698.38, constant calls from a woman who asks for the office manager by name but changes her name each time. Now she is using Angela and calling from a Dr. Peterson's office to speak to my manager. A phony U.P.S. driver called to speak to my manager and got irate when I kept asking him for more information and refusing to put him through to my manager. He ended up calling me a bad name and hanging up. I expect these calls to continue until they are busted but I wll not pay this invoice. They are getting trickier to get to the person they talked to on the front end so be aware of tricks. They are also giving out phony phone numbers that are not good when you call them.

We receive calls all of the time from these people.  Today I received the call myself (I am the office manager).  The woman said her name was Ashley with Digital Infologic and she wanted to verify the model # of our copier so she could send us calendars???  I  clarified her name and then asked her what phone # she was calling from, she paused and then said she didn't know the number.  I said you don't know your phone #???  She said no, I said when you can give me the #, and before I could finish, she hung up.

Received a call 12/16/08 and was unaware who our contracting company was.  Received a call back 12/17/08 and told them they are not our contracting provider and we do not need their services.  Customer Service agent was very rude, cursed at me several times and then hung-up.  I immediately filed a complaint with the BBB and informed others in my company.

I just received a call from Digital Infologic. They started the call by saying they need to reconfirm our copier model, then they asked for your name [first/last] and said they would like to let us know that there is a price change on the toner. Afterwards they put you thru to another guy. I spoke with this guy called Tony Bell and he said the price has changed to $548.70 from $498 and he is going to lock the price for us and he won't bill us until we got finished the 3rd boxes that he is going to hold for us and he is to ship the first one to us, no billing yet...so I said we are not ordering any, and he kept saying ok the price will be locked and we won't be billed until bla bla bla...so, I don't understand what's going on, why are you sending us when we are not ordering, he hung up.
Anyway, I was so not-myself when I got their call coz I can forget it happened last Sept. They called, price change, sent us the toner. They did that to me before. So, I found a copy of the packing slip that I made last time and told them that we did not order and do not want anything from them. Also, last time, I did send the toner back to them and they did not charge us any. BTW, the person (I think their 1-866# has only 1 staff) that I spoke with is always Francine.

United Source called us as well. I have learned over the past 3 years that if you ask any person who calls for the EID# they will hang up immediatly. So just ask them that one questiona and they will go away.

We just got another call from these lovely, upstanding people.  The caller said "hey there this is Steve calling you about your copier"  I hesitated and said "what about it"  he said "why are you acting like you don't know what I'm talking about", I said "excuse me"  he said oh so ever politely, "you're a f....ing idiot" and hung up.  How can we get these people shut down?
