Junk fax health plan. It says "it's in response to our request for information". Impossible. We are an insurance agency. What they are offering is impossible. I actually called and they hung up on me when I asked what company it was. Then they said they were not giving information. "Well, Google us us if you want! I'm not giving you no address." They said it was First Choice Health Care of Austin TX, a PPO that enrolls you in texas even if you live in CA. I am calling the CA DOI.

Got this fax SCAM today "New Health Plan"  The Department of Insurance in my state has no such listing of a health plan with that name. I was told that no one sells a health plan for $89.50 a month. This illegal fax is just wasting your paper and using up all your ink.  Complain to the FCC and the FTC (they can be found on the web in about two seconds). Real health Insurance is licensed state by state so check first with your state department of Insurance.  All they want is access to your checking account. Good luck and don't be a sucker! If you have been taken in, complain to your state attorney general's office and your State Department of Insurance.
