recieved a call I did not recognize..when I called back it said " mitchell d bloom & associates "...spam or a scam ? do not know

This company is exactly what Chris listed, the problem is they are VERY rude and persit with it. They are calling me for my father, who does not even live with me for a hospital bill that is liek 15 years old, and i didn't even have a phone 15 years ago,so no way my father gave them my number, i have reported them for calling me i asked then 17 times in the last week to stop calling but they still call me 12 times a day or so.....I finally stop answering it, and keeping a record on EVERY call after I request both via on the phone and in written to them to stop, sure gonna be a nice law suit for me :) It is a 500.00 fine per call in state of AL for unwanted calls after request has been made to stop so I have give or take 20 unwanted calls after I asked them to stop :) that is 10,000.00 law suit, and yet they are a law office, dumb [***], see i aint suing them I reported there [***] to FTC :) and the BBB!!!!! They won't be open much longer, not the first one I done this too, I mean seriously I am not an message system if the person doesnt live here I aint taking a message for them.

"They won't be open much longer" 8 years later they're still harassing people, way to shut'em down! T.T
