They have called me 3 times today in less than 3 hours. I am at work and cannot answer, but tried to call back and it went to a busy signal. No messages have been left.

It is a company called Fortiva, I got financing through them. They called me to Basically remind me that I am borrowing money from them and when my first bill will be due.

That is funny, they called me three times and I do have an account with them. I already paid the damn bill and they are still calling me.

They called me and said it was a survey of customer service. I told them I was busy at work and they are calling 5 times a day. I don't answer.

They are calling me twice a day and not leaving messages so I don't know what they want. I have an account with Fortiva. I sent them a check last week. I wish they would just send the bill and leave me alone!!!

Well, I don't owe them any money and they call me 5 times a day.  Could the actual caller be spoofing a legit number?  Responding to these idiots only seems to add to the problem.

Who is this Fortiva who/what company do the finance for? I see furniture and things , but what company?They have called me several times and I don't have a clue who they are can you help?

They finance for cricket wireless and other smaller cellphone companies.

I've actually received bills from them, but never opened an account/asked to be financed from them or anyone else. The bills don't say what it's for--the A/C number on the bill looks like a bank-card number as it reads xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-0000.  They are about to report me delinquent to the credit agencies, but when I call there is a busy signal. They leave no voice mail messages either. What type of financing does this Fortiva offer--saw on-line they do furniture financing, but their web-site is very vague like they are on some bs--of which they would have to be as I have never opened an account with them nor have I asked to borrow money from anyone else.

Getting calls from unknown company that may be Fortiva as I am being unnecessarily billed from them. Never opened an account from them nor asked to borrow money from them or anyone else. I don't deal w/these places for financing. Getting numerous annoying calls, but they never leave a voice-mail, so if this is so urgent why aren't they leaving a message? When I call them I get a busy signal.

They have called me 3-4 times today and when I answer the call is immediately disconnected. I call back and a error call message says "Your call cannot be completed as dialed"!

I did open a account through fortivaloans.com for cricket wireless but or was two days ago I've already paid the initial bill! They called me at 11 PM last night!

They are a finance company that some phone companies use to finance phones.  Cricket, T-Mobile, etc.

This is crazy...30 calls in one day and for the last 4 days a total of 48 calls.  They identified themselves once and since then will not stay on the line long enough to carry a conversation.  Some have even been in a foriegn language...???  Cricket says they don't know anything about it and even though I have blocked the calls they stay on long enough to have the voice mail kick in...annoying since I still have to remove them.  Contacted Factiva but they are flipping lame...wow.  I wish I could at least identify the type of call but can not due to communication...which there is none.

I called Fortiva and it is a glitch in their system...they know it.  A simple phone call resolved the problem

Go online to the government do not call list. Follow the directions to put your phone number on the do not call list and then report telemarketing calls and report them. I also have Privacy Star on my phone and it allows me to block their number and unknown numbers. Maybe this will help.

They finance anything. I have an account thru them for Aspen Dental and I know they also finance for cricket phone service. Fortiva said that I can have multiple accounts with them. I only used them bc I needed dentures. They have an interest rate of 17.9%
