the caller asked if i called her, and i never made such call to her phone.maybe she might be an acquintance and i'd like to find out so as to clarify things.

Caller asked for Roger. I told her she had the wrong number. She said she had the right number but wrong name then proceeded to tell me they are running a contest for credit card holders ("mastercard, amex, visa, etc") then asked me if I was a card holder.
I said yes, told her i wasn't interested and hung up.

This number called my house this morning, when we picked up they hung up. The phone rang again, and they again hung up.
I see from other posts that this number is a scammer...
How can we report this??

this number has been calling me for quite some time on my cell phone. being i dont recognize the number i never pick it up and it calls repeatedly durning the day and never leaves a messsage! drives me nuts

Got 3 calls today from that number.  Longest was 11 seconds.  All hung up.
