call your bank and dispute the charges.  I had to call World Fitness - they said that I signed up for that at 8.53/month; dazzle white - 6.71 and ultrifress 79.28-dispute the charges with your bank; cancel your card number - they are SCAMMERS - and good luck

Well, the correct number is 1-888-948-5508.  The company is Dazzle White, aka Dazzle Smile.  There is a live chat available at their site, DazzleSmile.com or you can try www.dazzlesmilepro.com/contactus.php.  It appears deliberately deceitful that you do not recognize the company or the charge on your bank statement.  They argue that you agreed to their terms if and when you ordered their trial product.  Good luck.

Oh, and be careful.  If you ordered the trial product, you may also be enrolled at a health and fitness web site for $9.99/mo.  Be sure to cancel that.  Also, you will not be able to print a copy of your chat and you will not have any luck forwarding a transcript to yourself.  Those buttons do not work.  Follow-up your chat with a call to the 888 number, if you can get through.  Again, good luck.

Forget phoning these crooks, forget BBB, forget useless dazzlesmile online chat and such...

    Do this:

File a complaint with the FTC here:
    http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm

Then get your bank or card company to do a chargeback - see this for info on how to do that:

Unbelievable!  Since canceling via phone, E-mail and Live Chat, I have still received two additional packages of the product, both supposedly with a ship date of the exact date that I cancelled.  Also, although I did receive a confirmation E-mail regarding cancellation, it was actually activated the day after I had made contact, thus legitimizing their shipment of more product that I did not want, supposedly while my account was still active!  They snuck through one additional charge, but I worked with my bank and blocked additional charges just in case (lucky thing, they tried again!).  As per their instructions, I did ship the first envelope back to: Dazzle White, P.O. Box 10276, Des Moines, Iowa  50381, but had to send it insured and asked for tracking.  Dazzle White will give you an order # to write on the outside of the package.  A week later, I'm still waiting for confirmation of receipt and I have not received any credits to my account.

    Ultifreshwell scam

3 steps you can take now if you are a victim of this scam:

    1. Chargeback. File a fraud charge with your credit card or bank and let them sort it out. They have more muscle to go after this sort of crime. Explain to them about all the consumer complaints that are on the internet and "insist" that they do charge-back or file a fraud charge. Your bank or credit card organization has all the tools necessary to find out where the charges are coming from, what business is involved, addresses and phone numbers connected to the charge and etc. You may not know or have access to this information. The banks and credit card org have all this at their fingertips and are obligated to handle the problem that has resulted.
    More info at: http://www.chrismalta.com/scamtip1.asp

    2. FTC. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Their job is to monitor and go after these types of scams. Go to: http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm

    3. Attorney General. File a complaint with your state Attorney General and also with the Attorney General of Iowa (where a lot of the phone numbers and addresses seem to be located)
    Contact details here: http://www.naag.org/attorneys_general.php

If you live outside the US, you can file a complaint at www.econsumer.gov

I too noticed a $79.28 charge on my bank statement that I did not authorize, so I popped on live chat with Dazzle Smile....Here is what Marie advised me....apparently when I ordered the trial (s&h only charge)dazzle smile, I also agreed to this continued delivery of said product. I am appauled that they actually think this little [***] product is worth $79.28!!!   She continues on...I apologize, but it is clearly stated in our terms & conditions that you will be charged $79.28 for the first month tube after the completion of 14 days. Marie advised me to contact 888-948-5508 to speak to a customer service rep, as online chat cannot process returns due to privacy and security reason.  That's rich!   I was able to CANCEL IMMEDIATELY with her and received a confirmation email of such. I will continue to attempt to recoupe my money!   I feel like an idiot, I know better!

I checked out the FTC website, our complaints can help them detect patterns of wrong-doing, and lead to investigations and prosecutions. The FTC does not resolve individual consumer complaints.

I did however contact my bank and report this charge as unauthorized.  Not sure how this will all turn out.  Good luck everyone! I have a feeling we are [***] out of luck on this one.
