got a call at my home with this phone number "+18669510799" 866-951-0799 and black jeep with dark color man come out and walk near my car then walk back inside. look like trinidad people

Received phone call from this number on dinnertime, didn't answer and left no messages.

These scammers call on different numbers, leave the voicemail speak, then just push a button on their phone before hanging up..? Like, whatever they can go screw themselves and they also called on 3 different numbers that each will be reported.

multiple times this has happened.

some sort of credit card scam - thick accent man telling me i won a free trip for 2 to the Bahamas and he just needs my credit card information to verify that i am 18 years old or older
