that just happened to me too! what did you do?

I've reported them to the FTC, FDA, their ISP, and their hosting company.

These guys are pure scammers

Just happened to me this week! Anybody get there money back, no number is not working???

Charged my checking account also! Other numbers I'm trying 866-882-1866, 877-350-8480, 866-407-1022, 801-208-7485. The number I've been successful with getting someone to talk to 877-350-8480, but doesn't mean I'm getting results!  SCAM ALERT!!!!

Any results from FTC or FDA?  It really stinks and it should be illegal. Banks won't reimburse either because they said the debit card is like cash. I am going to fill out a fraud report with the bank. Please advise, thanks

make sure you call your bank or credit card company. they can block all additional charges to your account and credit the original charge. definately a scam

These are a Phillipines based gang.  Call your credit card company and close your acct.  call the authorities too.

This very thing happened to me. I have been trying to get an address that is connected with this number. If you have that information it would be much appreciated. Everytime I try to call this number there is such static and cutting out of the connection that I can't even understand what is being said to me. Which makes me wonder if this is not done on purpose.

i just got a shipment from them again!  i refused the last package and advised them to refund my money.  the address on the package is:  2375 e. tropicana ave #737 las vegas, nv 89119

Found charges of $88.55 on my credit card statement. Call my credit card company and disputed the charges, they are suppose to be checking into this company(who ever they are ). They sent me a package addressed from XaniThin3 , 2375 Tropicana Ave #737 Las Vegas, Nv.  Phone number 1-866-951-1393, but it was mailed from Salt Lake City, Ut with US Postal  permit no.6146 and a package ID no. on it. Maybe we will be able to find some more information on these guys and stop them. Best of luck to all of you and God Bless each of you.

5/20: Jeremy gave me Return Goods Authorization RGA# *******-*******-*****
405 East 12450 S. Suite G, Draper, UT 84020  I researched this address and it evidently has no business at that location but other companies are located in at this address at different suites.
I shipped back the product unopened 5/27/09.
I Called 7/7/09 & spoke to Arlene & she said my acct. would be credited in 30 days.
Called 8/7/09 & spoke to Sandra X506. She said she would have the RGA# tracked to be sure the product was returned and then credit our account for the $88.55.
Called 8/18/09 & spoke to Maria & she gave us another run around about the computers being down.  
Called 8/19/09 : Ricky took all of the above information again plus my cell phone number, the last four digits of the credit card 3292 , my mailing address and my email address and said he would have someone from accounting contact me when the computer system is finished being updated.
Today I've scheduled an appointment at my Credit Union and they have a fraud protection insurance that protects their customers against such fraud and I'll have to fill out a fraud complaint which they will investigate even after my funds are refunded.
I'm sick of this kind of treatment from bogus companies that somehow even fraudulently file addresses that are BOGUS and business affidavits with the state they claim to do business in.
Even if you check them out before you buy there is no guarantee that you won't be ripped off anyway.

This company is the biggest scam ever - can't somebody stop these people. Got a new bottle even before I got the trial and charged me for both - they said too bad too sad!!! Don't ever order any teeth whitening polish either - this company does the same thing - signs you up for all kinds of on-line magazines that you didn't ask for and charges monthly fees that they won't give you a credit you.

Someone stop these people!!!!

I received two orders both came from different addresses. I am calling now. I was charged a total of 221.63 abunch of different charges including one from Profitvault.
