Phishing Scam number. The first call comes from a random number they've co-opted. It's phishing for details to fill their database to better scam you with the next call. This 866 number is given out as a callback. When you call it they don't know what you're going to be calling for since it's a piece of many scams. They're hoping you'll just give the information so they can scam you as you go, or call you again with a better-tailered scam. You'd think that the first call doing an info scam for "job listings" would know better than to then try and attach a coupon subscription scam. Basic giveaway that they aren't in the US and are in India is the failure to understand the question "What's the Area Code there?" when they said they were in Draper UT. They thought Area code and Zip Code was the same thing, and no one in the US would make that mistake and then take 5 minutes to look it up. States like UT with one area code for decades know their area code instantly. There is only one way to stop these types and that's to waist their time. They are after Marks that can't tell the difference. Brain Damaged, Disabled, and the Elderly. The only way to stop them from getting their mark is to waist their time with someone who gives them nothing.
