thank you!!  i pay all my bills.  they were looking for my brother (different last names)  they resort to calling my husbands family with the same last name as mine of course and involving them.  what right do they have.  they looked them up in the phone book cause the ones the did not call were the ones not listed.

I recently got a call from WSC New York A guy named special investigator Dave Logan claimed that there was civil and criminal charges being filed against me for an old credit card debt. at first i thought it was for real,then i realized they were trying bully tactics.they are supposed send me paper work about the debt i owed. hope they do should make good evidence. I contacted the FTC,the New York consumer protection,New York attorney General,NY consumer fraud,and my local Attorney General,NY BBB,and the credit bureau.I suggest you all do the same to stop these guys. these a agencys need to know this info to stop these bad dealings.

Message to all with involvement with WCS please contact all the proper authorities. FTC and FBI these people cant be stopped if there not reported,dont forget impersonating a police officer or any law enforcement agent is a real crime. help to an end to these criminals they know to much about people they shouldnt know REPORT THEM NOW!

i thought it was bs but i really owed the debt the judge said the same thing sure he fined them a thousand dollars but i also had a judgement placed against me for 6400 when i could have settled for 2700 i guess you live and learn i dont agree with there aggressive tactics but be truthful with yourself if you owe then do what you got to do but if you dont then tell them to go to hell in a handbasket

dumbass its illegal to bounce a check , hot checks  you cant pull checks look up hot checks think you had a problem with them pull a check and see the legal ramifications

I also received a call from a Investigator Marinelle, he wanted to know where my son was. I said I didn't know. I asked what this was in regards to, he replied that someone was comming to the house with a supena for my son. Again I asked for what? I said my son was a grown man, and didn't live here any more. He replied you mean you never here from him, what kind of a son is that? I knew something wasn,t right at that moment. I was so relieved to know that other people have gotten calls like this, it scared me.

got a call from Ed Marinelli, vague threats, 24 hour time frame to return call and a case # ( which doesn't exist ) @ the county court.
this is a scam of intimidation, ignore him.  Ed sucks !

My cousin got a voice mail from this number 2158985000 . Saying my name and wants to contact me on a matter of some crime .  I check the number and it came from this house which has no sign of being a law office.
I am not going to call them cause I know for a fact that it's not a private investigator or a law officer .

Yes I received a call saying that am going to jail if I don't pay them their money . They cannot collect this money cause am out of work , and their no law officials at all . Not even pirate investigators

Their not legit , cause I told them that am tapping this message and they hung up .  Yes they are scammers out for money . Never give your address to these guys or any info .  This debt collector is not true .

Yes I got the same thing these guys are not law officials , cause if they were they would know where you live and all your info . So don't let out any info to them

If you do get a call from that Number or any of your family members do, DO NOT TAKE IT I called them and asked for the bussiness address and got the run around, then out of no where the guy wanted my Social Security Number and Bank account information. They are going around saying people will be thrown in jail, saying they are private investigators and law enforcement in some cases. It is Illegal for them to Impersonate law enforcement or anyone like that. They are not attorneys.

If you or ANY of your family get a call fromt hese people  DO NOT HESITATE.  Call the FCC and FBI  impersonating law enforcemtn be it in person or on the phone is a federal Crime. Do not let these people Bully you. Call the FCC and FBI asap. these people must be stopped

Help!  Got the same message.  Who do we report them to?  Do we just call our local police?  We pay our bills (on-time).  We did have a credit card that was fraudulently opened in my husband's name over 10 years ago, but we worked with the credit card company and got it taken care of.

Any advice you can give is appreciated.
