I received a call from them on Tuesday, November 26, 2019.  The speaker sounded like a teenager with a California accent--possibly Asian background.  He asked about myself and the property on a street I lived on.  He said that it was urgent.  He said something about "...having no choice but to move forward without your participation."  I reported that call to the FCC and FTC.  I also asked people to pray that his parents or mother find out about what he's doing.--why? Because he sounds like a kid that needs to be disciplined severely.  I feel like saying to him,"Where's your parents, kid? Aren't you supposed to be in school?"
