They do have attorneys who represent then they can take anything to court they choose to most of u scum bags ain't worth their time

Got this call this morning.  It came up unknown on my phone.  If these bottom feeders were legit, their number would not come up unknown.  Also, I wish they would stop threathening me and just file the paperwork. Oh, they won't because they know that's illegal.  Everyone knows if you cannot prove the debt with the orginal paperwork, you don't have a leg to stand on.  Don't understand why these scammers think some people are so stupid!!!

I just received a call on November 8th. They had asked for my husband, that he was put down as a reference to someone that we haven't seen in years!!!!!! When I called them back, And had asked how they got our number..The response was the intended person had given it to them. What!!!! I said!!. Now I contacted the mother, and the intended....They no nothing about this???????

These people are calling my brother-in-law's parents, whom I do not even know. They are threatening to take me to court for fraud, which I am not even part of
