I recieved a call from these people as of yesterday, from this  guy had a very heavy indian accent. He claims to be the legal department of Well Care Management collection agency, from Eccelerated judgement. He stated the I owe this to 10dollarpayday loan, from 2006 which I never took out a loan from any of these people. I don't know how he got my name an address, and had my old banking info. I told him that do not owe this money. I never recieved anything in writing from them or the collection agency. He kept yelling give me your information now, I told he if he didn't quit harassing me that I was going to report him to the police. His name is Chris Gardner, phone number is 1866 967-9911. I just ignored hin and hung up the phone then called back 2 more times. I told him I didn't owe you any money. He was threatening stating that the paper work will be sent to the court in california. i do know that this is a scam artist they don't knoe the laws and are ignorant. If anyone has gotton calls from these idoits please send your posting and report them to your local police department.

Yes, I just received a call from Chris Gardner from Well Care Management. This guy is a true scam artist I had to call my lawyer on him once before. And he did not want to speak with hime at all. He always give out the bogus numbers that don't even work. I have reported him to my local police department, I also have spoking with the someone in collections from a payday loan company and told them about this person and they also recieved complaints about this person as well and hope to catch him. Do not give these people any money or info about you. I hope they catch this [***] and his friends.

i recieved the same phone call from this Chris Gardner too. Another employee that I work with took the call. But I still intend on turning him over to the BBB and to the FTC. I dont know what will be done if any thing but at least its reported.
