They wanted someone to call them back about, said it was case# 3313555, sounded like a scam so I didn’t call back

Same thing happened to me man same number and everything , screams like scam but wasn’t too sure thanks for the heads up

Lady left following message from private number.  Calling from County Process Server for undeliverable legal mail.  Stated to call Attrney Michael Harris and cas number.   I called the toll free number 866 971 0093.  Voice mail stated on call please call back in 40 minutes.

Scam! Real process servers don't call in advance.

called from private number said name was charlie adams a process server from my city calling about a returned notice sent to my street from michael harris 866-971-0093 and gave a case#. No attorney with that name has an 866 number

Same experience. Some lady left a voicemail claiming that legal documents were not served... Called about a case # and to call back to Michael Harris (lawyer). SCAM

Received a call last week, female voice, said I need to return call to an Attorney’s Office with a Case# because Legal Documents were delivered but not signed…
Same experience as the above people posts. Thanks you guys for the heads up!

I received this message from an "Unknown" caller:
"This message is intended for (my name). My name is Charlie Adams of the Maricopa Process Servers office. We were retained to deliver legal documents for you to appear in court. These documents were sent back unsigned from the address we had on file at (my street). So, in order to avoid any further legal complications as well as get these documents scheduled back to you, should we have you contact the attorney who was in charge of your case file. And when you call in they will be able to give you full disclosure regarding what your file holds. So the name of the attorney is Michael Harris. And the office number will be 866-971-0093. And when calling in you could provide your reference number XXXXXXX."

This (866) number is not the office number for this local attorney. Thank goodness for this website, as I actually lost sleep over this message. There are some pretty awful in-human beings out there.

Received EXACT same msg, from a Charlie Adam's,  only from Wyoming Process Center.
I just tried calling that attorneys office, not open, but usually if it's a law firm, I should have said, "you've reached such & such", but it didnt.

Same as the others except the also called my sister's number and left same message. This lady said her name was Kimberly... in Murray County Georgia
