i received a call from this number,i refused to waste my time and call back...2 days later i was served a notice to appear ! i have court in 3 weeks! does any one have any advise..i checked my local court house and im on calender to appear.

Well, then, you can give us the legal company name, physical address - not a PO Box - and website if any.  I don't think you will, somehow.  REAL process servers do NOT call you ahead of time - they show up, unannounced.

If you were served (which you weren't) you'd have this fraud shops information, as it appears on your summons. POST it right here! You won't. You're a semi-literate, foreign fraud trying to SHILL for your scam.
Prove me wrong! You have this outfits physical address...if you've been served. We'll be waiting fraud-boy!

Number call back says they are something called Global Management at 8022 Wilshire Blvd, in Beverly Hills CA.

Could be spoofed.  If true, this is a super high-rent area.  So what would this "Terry" person be engaging in small time debt scamming for?  And why would he shill?

Nice try. You work for a shady debt collector working old crappy debt and resort to illegal collection pratices to collect this crap. You don't go to court for payday loans! You don't get arrested nor do police or process servers come to your house! Give it up, get a real job!

have you even ever heard of FDCPA? Do they even teach you it at your work? I'm guessing not. Your company is breaking every one of their laws

CID showed CREDIT -  I was very leery given this and the fact that Googling the number returned no valid business entity (very few Google results at all actually, aside from 800 notes).  Was still suspicious when caller asked for accounting.  I transferred her to my own voicemail.  She left a detailed message identifying herself as Jennifer from Neil Jones Food Company stating she was calling for a trade reference on another company and left the same number, 866-971-8043, for callback.  I did Google Neil Jones Food Company and it appears to be a legitimate business though I find no reference of the indicated phone number.  Is it possible that this is the actual number and it had been previously spoofed leading to the above comments?  Or, even a legitimate third party doing credit checks on behalf of Neil Jones, also potentially spoofed by Terry Ashford?  We require credit reference requests in writing so I will see if Jennifer provides a legitimate appearing document.
