They call themselves Wagner & Grant Financial. Telling you you're approved for a loan you need collateral, anyway a bunch of crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have reasonly gotten a call from this so call company telling me I was approved for a loan and they have a very impressive website. not ont only this company but another company with a simular website call Huntignton Financial Trust, I think that maybe all of them or a group of crooks taking the poor little guy for a major ride that will end up in a bigger problem. Bigger than the one I am already in.

Please tell me if there is any legitlement companies out their besides payday loans which is a major problem for the little guy to get rid of, when you don't have any money if you know of any help please let me know. Also please list Instant Lending Group another BIG SCAM.

They said, I could get a loan if I were to send them monies up front....which would secure my loan!!!

its a scam.  They will keep any money you send them.  They will not lend you any money.

i heard about this company and they told me i had to send them 781.00 first then get my loan did you have to go through the same process did you ever get your money

Word to the wise do not send them anything they aren't real.They are a group of male scammers with a professional pitch, they beat me out of $600 dollars.Do yourself a favor and run.

I received an email from them after applying on their website. He sent me over an app then told me I had to pay 770.80 up front to get the 5k. I can not find these guys on the BBB at all. How could these guys take your money like that and get away with it? We live in America for God's sake! We need to report these guys to BBB.

Ok so after really doing some research on these guys, they are in fact a scam! They just registered their domain name as of 5-11-2011. They ask for money up front through wire transfer. Defiantly a scam!

I heard of the group wagner and grant financial. I was sent qa contract explaining the whole deal that they discussed with me. I was told the money I sent was for collateral since I don't have a house or any other asset to offer as collateral. He said he didn't want any money until I read over the contract thoroughly and signed it. There seemed not to be any different info than what we previously discussed. He assuree me I didn't have to worry about them running off with my money when I asked giving me thw whole spill about not wanting to have to be taken to court so why would he do that. I went on to say there are many who would so what would stop him. So you never received your money? I never signed the contract or sent money cause I was very skeptical.

I asked all the right questions and they still took all my cash.  Of course, they say deposits will be returned, I have to wait and see.  Dont touch these guys with a ten foot pole.  They are very good hype men and it appears they are protecting themselves by their spiels as well.  Time will tell if my lawyers can get anything back from these boneheads.  Fact is, I am the bonehead because they hit me twice.  I thought after the first time, something wasnt right.  But after I sent the second payment, I knew it wasnt good even though I hoped for the best.  And sure enough, the disappointing phone call came a day later and I didnt get the loan for some questionably reason.  Please dont waste your time and hard earned money with these guys.  They will pay someday for this crime.  We may not see the retribution, but it will come to them as well.  Whatever you dish out always comes back to! LOL!  Thats all I can do is laugh and listen to my gut more closely next time.

PLEASE READ!!!   My husband & I applied for a personal loan online hoping i would be able to get out the never ending cycle of payday loans.  A couple of days later we received a call from wagner & grant financial we had never heard of them but thought thru online process they got our info.  Approved for 5,000.00 all we had to do was sign the loan docs & we would receive the $ by 5pm next day. We were then told due to credit issues we would need to provide a collateral payment of 3 monthly pmts tl of 664.32 to b paid western union to madrid,spain, this should have been a red flag, a requirement to secure the loan in which no pmt would be due for 3 months... oh and 57.00 western union fee that would be reimbursed.  So like an IDIOT  i sent the money.  I had already told creditors they'd be paid off thinking the $ would be deposited the next day.  After paying them every dime we had... broke & waiting for the 5k ... i was told the insurer not the lender reassesed the collateral pmt & required another 4 months 885.76 plus another western union fee...but no pmt till feb.  these guys make it sound legit.  please dont send them any $ unfortunatly i waited to late to do my research.  dont do the same...I was told if the loan was cancelled we would not get the $ we sent back until june 27... it is only june 2...we are still broke no 5k...I hope this helps someone out there.  LOTS OF LUCK

Wow so I see some of you went through the process as well, Oh my goodness these guys are good then. I hope that they do get caught some day because they have gotten alot of money from many people.

I wonder if anyone has ever gotten the 5,000 from them. My husband said we should call them & say well, how much could we get for the money we sent he said if they couldn't come up with a number we're definitely screwed out of the 716.00.
