- KevinI got a voicemail from this number. It said that either myself or my lawyer should contact them because a "civil complaint" has been filed. They blocked their # when they called, didn't leave a contact name, DID leave a reference #, and this 866 # to call. I have worked for attorneys in the past. NO LEGIT ATTORNEY WOULD CONTACT ANYONE IN THIS MANNER. If they're a respectable debt collector, by law they're supposed to state that when they call, and that any info they get will be used for that purpose. That didn't happen. Probably a scam.
