Got this ridiculous robo voiced call. Microsoft would not just randomly call, or incur the cost of calling and mainting this. You would receive messaging in the OS of your computer. Total and complete scam.

Received call April 4, 1:24 pm Central Daylight Savings Time purportedly from Microsoft declaring my "Microsoft Windows license key has been expired in your computer." I agree with Mike. I'm unaware of Microsoft ever notifying anyone by telephone. Moreover, "has been expired" indicates a limited English speaker created this scam message.

Just got a robocall supposedly from Microsoft telling me that my Windows license key had been invalidated by Microsoft and to call the above number to get it reinstated.
To see if this was BS, I powered down my computer, then rebooted and everything came back fine.  Doing some research I found out that Microsoft does NOT invalidate license keys as they are a part of the Microsoft product.  You pay for that license key when you buy a Microsoft product  so you become the owner, not Microsoft.
This is a MAJOR SCAM and should be reported to Microsoft to have them do something about it.  Do NOT call the number given on the robocall as once thy get your license key, it gives the cyber gangsters access to your computer!
