    Just got the following text 20 seconds ago:  "Your Business IS PRE-QUALIFIED for a Working Capital Advance up to $100K with Funding in 2 Business Days.  Reply "FUND" call 866-978-6401"  Yeah, I'm sure this is a TOTALLY reputable outfit, trying to get business by spamming texts to cell phones.  Bottom feeding scumbags.

    I got the same text to my cell phone. It'll be easy to sue them under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act because they used an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS) to send a text to a cellphone, a slam-dunk illegal act. I called them back and they said they're "Qualified Business Loans" -- probably a fake name.
