    Called my cell, with "Spam Risk" in the caller id. I hit the decline button and it went straight to my voicemail and it recorded a partial robocall saying "...devastating disease that primarily affects the intestines. If your child was born premature and born after 1991 and was diagnosed with necrotizing enterocolitis. Press one now to get more information or press two to be removed."

    I see others have received this message from various phone numbers, so I believe them to be just another scammer.
