Do not give out information. My husband thought this was sprint fraud dept. and gave them our account information. 2 days later our account was hacked.

My mother is on my sprint account. She received a call from a "sprint" rep asking if she made any calls to London England. He said he would take all of the calls off, and needed her password to update the account. We notified sprint immediately and they said this not common practice. The pass code was changed.

I had a call from them also,claiming to be Sprint. Said my phone service was flagged for making numerous calls to England in the past few days. Wanted the name on my account. I then told them I was going to call
Sprint, and he was like I am Sprint,  then said call us back after you call or you would be charged for the calls.
  When I call Sprinedt, my account was not flagged by the fraud dept., but now they have a record of the call. and thanked me for reporting. This is nothing but a scam!! I never answer 866 calls, don't know why I did tonight!!

fraud i think, they can make id to show up whatever number from caller id, with a special program
