He said his name was Victor.   Caller had foreign accent.  Hard to understand his reason of call.  I was to call them back and use my account # 15077.

Got the same call - this time it was 'Paul' - I looked up the company he said he represented - it is legit and local and I recently had a biopsy so I will probably call them back - but if it starts going sideways (they want my insurance number and provider according to the message) then i will bail.
