    The woman phone claiming to be from the Manitoba Hydro and was asking me to pay my outstanding bill.  I don't have an outstanding bill with hydro, so I started asking her questions.  She called me 'stupid' and hung up.  I called the number back and she answered 'billing department' without naming any company...I told her to stop trying to steal peoples money and she said she is poor and need to feed her 4 kids!!!  try phoning it 866-978-6938....she sounds jamacian or west indies...unbelievably brazen...
