Got a call, recording said "this is your final notice, the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you."

Live person with an Indian or Pakistani accent telling me the government is giving out free grant money. Called 3 times in 2 1/2 hours. Told them there is nothing you get for free and it was scam. They told me that they were not asking for SS or bank account info. Just hung up and then didn't answer the call after that.

I  agree it is a scam. They called me and the government does not give away free money. They should stop bothering people.

If you did not send them money then the did not scam you, but they TRIED TO.

I keep getting calls from this number at least 5 times a day , I finally answered an it was moaning and talking very dirty very nasty unappropriate things into the phone.
