I have been receiving the calls and If Sprint wants to save me money with a better deal they can just start lowering my bill without my additional approval.  If they can raise the bill whenever they wish then they should be able to lower the cost just as easily.  They don't need to call and say they are doing me a favor.  It may just be a way for them (if it is Sprint) to do advertising without being fined $25,000.00 for calling numbers that may be on the do not call list. If it is not Sprint then it is someone Phising to steal some personal information or confirm they have all your personal information correct for some scam or to be sold to someone for ID theft.

They say this is Yellow Pages Online.  Come to find out through a little internet detective work - it is actually Level 3 Communications.  They are calling regarding a business and this is a residence.  I have told them this on 4 occassions now in the past two weeks and advised them to put me on their do not call list.  Very annoying!!!!

I have been receiving calls from 866-993-0193. I have told them my number is a do not call number and the calls continue. They don't identify who they are, nor have they said what the purpose of the call is, and continue to call.

866-993-0196 is a number that was once associated with Sprint. Sprint has since decommissioned the number, in May 2012.

Caller seemed a bit off so I terminated call fairly quickly. Woman did not identify herself as being from Sprint nor did caller ID. Said she wanted to review my plan, but started off asking me to confirm info Sprint already has, such as my phone number. Seems better to call them if I want plan change. Could be clumsy script but I don't give out info to people I haven't vetted.
