    AT&T being used as a scam. Scammer wants you to call 866-994-3792 telling you you have an existing acct.,(not) and you're eligible for a discount or some such nonsense. They are using local numbers to entice you to pick up so they know they've got a live number. Beware and block that local number after you let it go to voice-mail.
