Several months ago our babysitter told my wife that she received a call from eagle eye associates and Mike Johnson said that my wife had taken out a payday loan with our babysitter as a co-signer and threatened to take our babysittters children and file all kinds of charges. A report was filed with the Kentucky State Police. The calls stopped. On March 18th he called our home directly with a return phone # of 866-994-7554. He stated the same thing, saying my wife took a loan and named several of our friends as co-signers. He threatened to take us to court, when questioned on where and when the loan was taken he refused to provide info. He was told to file whatever he wanted. He knew alot of personal info, SS#, DOB, friends. They use this to make you think the debt is legit. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY OR INFO!

i got a call from am paul mckenzie on march 24 2009 stating my account was use for a large loan and accused me of money laundering he had my address my ss my number my references he stated was on he wanted me to record myself over the phone stating i will agree to deal with this in a better manner but when i asked how much my loan he will not tell me if he calls u do not give in ur info and do not record ur self its a fraud to take money from u do not comply talk to a lawyer file a police report get ur credit info and ur bank statement on that account if the account was closed u could still have access to ur transaction if u go directly to the bank do not let them take advantage they are trying to scare u to agree on a payment plan that will go directly to them

i got the same call dnt wrry about this i spoke with a lawyer and this is a scam if the call u again tell them that ur consulting with ur lawyer on the situation.

I received a call from 1-866-994-7554 Ext. 1018 for an Officer Kevin Wilson. They then transferred me to a Jack somebidy who says do not interrupt me and let me finish what i have to say...he then went on to say that I was being charged with money laundering, fraud, and more based on my ip address from my computer. they had personal information as well and said that i would be prosecuted and so forth. I finally told them that i was looking at this website at their numbers and ran off the complaints for them and told them that i was going to contact the police, the better business bureau, and a lawyer if they ever called me again. I havent heard back from them yet. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. ASK THEM AS MANY QUESTIONS TO MAKE THEM CONFUSED and FLUSTERED WHERE THEY START TO SOUND LIKE MORONS.

my daughter got this message also.call came from 201-477-1459 left a call back # 1-866-994-7554 said a friend(she was a former coworker) took out a Internet loan and listed her a a guarantor and she could pay $75 to have her name removed.the coworker and another one got the call also.tried to figure out the link.my daughter had them on her phone list and my space and worked at same fastfood.anyone else have commom links should post them so we can figure out where they are getting their info. its scary. i am reporting to local police,bbb,and paper and tv stations and anybody else that the police advises. i suggest everyone do the same.we need to run these scumbags back to the rocks they crawled out from. some poking around found the phone carrier is teleport communications new york op, the # are in rochelle park and oradell new jersey.

I got a call from 1-66-994-7554 ext 1026. The caller identified himself as an officer, and was looking for one of our temp employees. When I told him we terminated the employee; he then started asking me personal questions. I hang up but he called again. Please block this number.

I received a voicemail yesterday morning and this morning from this same company. An Officer Thomas was saying that a friend of mine (that doesn't even live in the same state as me) committed some fraudulent use of an Internet Paid Loan and that I was the "Guaranteed Person" of the loan and that a case was brought against me as well. He continued to say that if I don't resolve this matter soon the case will be downloaded to my state and legal action will be taken against me. When I finally call this guy back he wouldn't give me any information about the loan and to have my friend call him about the case. Very strange... I didn't give him any information either... I will be filing a report with my loacl police department.

These people called our cell phone from 201-477-1459 today and left the call back # 1-866-994-7554 ext 1020. The guy has an Indonesian sounding accent and is very difficult to understand. Said he was calling concerning a lawsuit filed against my hubby in a state we don't reside in nor have we even been to. I have no intention of returning the call and have blocked the #.

Yes... that was the same extention I was told to call back. This guy had a nerve to call me back again this morning. I gave him a piece of my mind this time. I told him that I filed police reports in both my state and my friend's state and he better not ever call me again. He had been calling around the same time frame in the morning between 7:15 and 8.

Hello I am not the only one I have been harrassed by these people. They called me saying a feriend got a loan and used me as a reference and said I had to pay $100.00 to have my name removed if not they were going to file charges. They refused to give me a mailing address and state they only take debit/credit cards. i told them my lawyer needed to see this so called contract with my name on it and they hung up on me. Do they really think people are FOOLS not :)

These people called me several weeks ago.  Some guy told me he was "Chief Investigator Daniel White".  He pulled the same stuff on me, would not let me ask questions, said I had committed terrible crimes, had all sorts of information.  I told him if he could send me information, I would review it with my lawyer and determine what was going on.  He refused to send me anything.  I hung up on him and the phone calls stopped until late last week.  Now some other guy is calling saying my information is going to be downloaded to my state today if I don't call them back.  I'm not going to call them back.  If it is legitimate, which I don't think it is, the state will come to see me and we will resolve this issue without mafia scare tactics.  Incidently, 48 Hours recently did a report about this sort of stuff going on. It was very interesting.

We have received several messages (most of them obscene in nature) from someone identifying themselves (in a heavy middle eastern accent) as Officer Paul McCain.  The number he left was 1-866-994-7554 ext 1022.  I called and the women who answered said Paul Mc Kenzie was in with the Attorney General and could not be disturbed.  I finally got ahold of Paul McKenzie and advised him that the person he was leaving messages for did not reside at the number he was calling.  I asked that he not leave messages or call the number again, as I had advised my State Attorney General about the calls he had been leaving.  He took a nasty tone and told me "he did not care who the f@!? I informed he would continue to call my home."  I have given his name and number to the State Attorney General's office.

We received a call from a an officer Thomas.  The call came from 201-477-1459. He said that a friend of ours had been involved in a fraudulent activity and we were linked. He told us to call him back at 866-994-7554. We will not call him back because it is a scam!

I've been getting harassed by these people also.  Please DO NOT send them any money! They are very rude and one person goes by a few different names, the two I know are Daniel White and Officer Jack Robyn.  There was another one that called and said he was with the State Investigation Bureau.  They threatened me that I would be picked up from work and taken to jail.  This has been going on since February 2009.  I did make the mistake of paying, I was able to get my money back by filing a dispute through my bank.   The fact that they would not give me any information concerned me, but when I looked at my bank statement and saw  Antigua AG - and MC Cross Border fee, I knew for sure I had been scammed.   I originally had my husband deal with them for my situation, then they started calling for my husband saying he owed money.  So be careful!

I got the same call and I have called a lawyer and the calls are still not stopped they are calling my job. I am sick of them calling my job and my bosses and trying to get me in trouble. They are stating I took out a payday loan has my old address and everything else. I was out of the country and have police report to varify all this. How do I get them to stop calling me.

I first received a phone call at my job from these weirdos.Then had my wife google the number which came back as eagle Eye Associates.Which there is a real Eagle eye but this is not them.I have since then terrorized them to the point that they have cussed me out even threatened to come to my house to beat the crap out of me.Which I find funny.They are all from some foreign country using American stars names to make themselves look better.If they do call you contact the North carolina Attorney general they havea list of complaints on these people.You can also contact the New Jersey Attorney general.These people are using an ip phone so they are not in any of these states actually.Also if you can irritate them enough into giving you an address it is the real Eagle Eye Associates address and not theirs.it took them a whole day to google that address up to give me.They tell you they want either a debit card number or a bank routing number DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING.To end this if they constantly keep calling you just start talking gibberish and saying crap about their family alot they get pissed and hang up on you lol.And their exts are 1018,1019,1020,1021,1022.If you are bored and want to harrass them like they have you call them all and have fun lol.

I received a call from an "Officer" Jack Dawson called on 3-19-09 and left a message to call him back about fraudulent activities done in my name. When I called him back he said that my sister took out an internet payday loan. And that my name was put as a granter of the loan. He told me that if I did not get this "Cleared up" I could go to jail for fraud. I called them back again today (4-13-09)  and spoke with "Jack" and a James Williams. I was told they would take my name off for $250. I informed them that I would not pay any money to have my name removed from something that I did not agree to. I was then told that if I didn’t "take care" of this then I would have to face the consequences. They knew alot of info on me, my sister and my niece all on this issue. I plan to contact my states atty. on this.
