They say they are ACR. I try to call back and get that the number isn't correct.

I've gotten 4 calls for my sister-in-law. It says that it is important that she call this number. I forwarded the number to her and she tried it but keeps getting a recording that the number is not correct.  She had also gotten calls and tried to return them and got someone once who spoke broken English and she couldn't understand him.

One of our business locations keeps getting an automated message from this number stating we should call back and refer to a file #.  When I call the number I get a message that it isn't a working number... We get at least one message/day.

They call every day...I talked with a rep and explained that they had the wrong number ....but they continue to call.
