A woman left a message stating my name and asking about me calling them back because they needed extra info about a doctor order they received.  I called the number back and the same woman on a recording state that this was "the intake management department".  That made me suspicious.

First call, no one answered when I said hello.  Second call I let go to voice mail. Asked me to call back and left a reference number. I called back and was answered with the intake management department, all reps are busy. I held for a few moments and they came back saying they were still busy but I could continue holding and leave a message. Then the call was disconnected.

This was from a discount medical supply business.  They call to confirm info for supplies that your doctor has ordered.

When I answered, complete silence.  Just as I was hanging up, a recording started.  She was saying something about intake management and my order.  She left a number to call back which was different from the number that was calling.  I didn't order anything from anyone, have no idea what intake management is, and didn't call back.  Blocked the number.

They called me twice so far I haven't answered. They leave a voice-mail calling stating this is Christine calling about a line from flipquest? Calling about to verify insurance. They leave a callback number and reference number. Both voice-mail were the exact same.
