Given their approach, I'm glad I hung up on them.

Called my mothers home from the number 210 345 2346..  Told her her computer was being hacked and needed her to get on the computer.  He also stated he was a certified Microsoft technician.  She of course did not do so and said she would have to call him back.  He gave the number 1 866 999 1502 as a call back number.  I called the 866 number first in an attempt to find out whom it was.  He gave me the same story saying my computer was being hacked.  I asked for his credentials and a name.  He kept saying he would call me back and eventually hung up.  I later called the 210 number which has an answering machine message saying someone has been using there number to make outgoing calls and they are investigating it.

Don Bilezzi up there is probably the scam artist in question.  The man spoke very broken english with an indian accent..  From the looks of the comment above stating its a nice service Don doesn't know english either.  Steer clear.  I'm doing my own investigation.

Your right, Don is a shill.. they have a bad habit of posting this kind of stuff here hoping to continue the scam!  Sometimes even being the first to post which now only leads for some of us to tag them quicker as shills now but still they try!

First I get robo-called from CT@203-567-4564 to see if I'm home-
Then these middle eastern guys call saying I have error messages being sent to Microsoft &
that my computer has been comprimised & they need to fix it for me...blah, blah, blah...

This Co. will not stop the harassment- they have called me 3x in the last 3 days. Each time I have
told them that I am not interested but they will not stop arguing with me. I'm on the do not call list
& have requested that they stop calling me but it doesn't matter. I finally told them that I was
going to report them to the FCC & they told me that they work with the Fed. Gov.??? I have had
it with these idiots & am filing a complaint with the FCC & suggest you all do the same. These
people should not be allowed to continually spam & harass us. This telemarketer company calls
me every few months for weeks on end if I don't pick up the phone. I have gotten to the point
where I am very rude to them since they will not take "no" for an answer. These people are really
starting to bug me!

I have received several calls from a Guy called David Gomez from 203-567-4564, he said he is working for Microsoft and they need me to get to my computer right away for my computer has been hacked.  Very strange call!  He then gave me this number 203-567-4564.

I just got the same call.  they were very persistant almost yelling. seemed angry when I didn't respond to his request.  The number he called from was 213-271-1644 los angeles CA.  man with indian accent as well.  AVOID DOING WHAT HE REQUESTS. I asked him questions about his credentials with no reasonable reply.  I asked him who I was to see if he knew any info and he just gave me my phone number. Phone call was ended and he called me right back. I answered and he was still diligent and I disconnected again with no call back.

Microsoft caller he won't stop calling

These people are annoying, won't stop calling, claim my computer being hacked, blah, blah blah....and name is John Smith.  Yeah right?  Don't be fooled by this.  The company is Cyber Security, but doubt is real.  need to report to the better business bureau.

Just got a call from James claiming he was from Microsoft and that someone was trying to access my computer.  He asked me to get on the computer and he would take care of the problem. I told him I'd be happy to but needed to call him back.  He gave me 866-999-1502.  When I checked the number on the internet it came up as a number used by Cyber Security.  Needless to say, I'm not calling back.  I'm also on the do not call list.

My 77 yr old dad called me while a Michael Park was on their land line with my mom claiming her computer was hacked. The guy had an oriental or indian accent and you could barely understand him. That he was claiming he was calling from microsoft. I told my dad this is a bs call and a scam get his name and number and do not give him any info. Tell him you are going to call micrsoft to verify his calling. Tell mom do not give him access to her computer. The guy gave my dad his number and I immediately googled it 866 999 1502. After reading these posts i told my dad hang up fom the guy. He did and receivd a call back. I told my dad to tell him if he calls again you are going to report him to the police. Afterwards i spoke to my mom and asked her to use some common sense. You do not use your computer nor do you go on the internet so how can you be hacked.  People please use common sense

Just got the call.  Said he was from Microsoft.  Asked him for the number and when he gave me the number, I told him that the number he gave me was not Microsoft technical support.  He told me I should hang up and call him back and be assured that it was Microsoft.  Asked him what he was trying to sell me and he got offended and told me not to talk to him like that.  So I hung up.  Also an Indian type accent.

2095551213 is the number that just called me. It was a man with a very strong Indian accent named "John Smith" with the same story as above. I asked him how he knew my computer has been hacked and he went off on a tangent that I couldn't understand because of his accent but he was unable to provide me with my computer's IP address. It had reeked from the beginning but at this point I knew it was a scam. I asked for a call back and he gave me the 866 number listed above. Don't do it!!
