I am getting calls from this number and they want to collect on a debt that was paid off in 2012. They are jerks to deal with. I owe them nothing. I told them if they bought this debt they were scammed and they deserve it!

Automated calls from a bunch of different numbers (all of which seem to have already been reported on this website).

NCO Financial.  By law!! you can't go after people after  so many years!!! what are you trying to do?? make some money... good try... we are all not dum people. I guess this is how you try keep your company going.

They are calling me on a debt over 11 yrs old ...by law they can not go after me
but they are hoping I am stupid enough to pay  to reopen a debt I am not legally obligated to any longer

this and other agencies keep calling my number looking for some other person..i keep telling that my number was never used by anyone and it was from a block of new numbers that my phone company received.

Must have hit a nerve just complained abt this number calling multiple times a day , hang up and they call within 2 minutes. I don't OWE any money whether they want to believe it or not. Will go to consumer and corp affairs ministry if this keeps up

This number has been calling me and now they also blocked their number at times, they are calling someone but I told them numerous times that they are calling the wrong number and they don't want to stop. do not answer calls and scan your calls. My solution is to change my number since they won't stop calling me

This [***] are relentless! I keep telling them the debt has been paid ages ago! hang up & 2 minutes later they phone back!

They are calling my number looking for someone else.  I signed nothing so how can they say I was a cosigner. Did not give my permission to
anyone to use my phone number.  Idiots think they can intimidate a senior citizen. Not this one.  However I do want the calls to stop,. The caller called from 416-932-4500 but left the other number for call back.

Just called me. They gave used three other numbers to call from. All say they are from the US.i just block them.

This morons tried to "collect" on a "debt" 10 years ago. For some reason these bottom feeders are trying to collect on the same "debt" in 2016. I will be contacting the Office of Consumer Affairs.

Federal Trade Commission v. Expert Global Solutions, Inc.
Date of Action: 7/8/2013
On July 8, 2013, a Stipulated Order for Permanent Injunction and Monetary Judgment was finalized against Expert Global Solutions in the United States District Court of Northern District of Texas. Initially, the Federal Trade Commission filed a complaint against Expert Global alleging the company violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the FTC Act by using tactics such as calling consumers multiple times per day, calling even after being asked to stop, calling early morning or late at night, calling consumers' workplaces despite knowing that the employers prohibit such calls, and leaving phone messages that disclosed the debtor's name, and existence of the debt, to third parties.

The proposed order permanently enjoins Expert Global from falsely representing that they will not call a number to collect a debt; not harass, oppress, or abuse a consumer while attempting to collect a debt; not communicate with third parties about a consumer's debt; not communicate with a consumer at his or her workplace if it is clearly inconvenient or prohibited by the consumer's employer; except in limited circumstances, cease communications if a consumer has requested no further contact or if a consumer refuses to pay a debt; and not violate any provision of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Additionally, the order assessed Expert Global with a Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollar ($3,200,000) civil penalty for its violations. The sentencing judgment was finalized on July, 8 2013 in the U.S. District Court for Northern Texas.

Won't stop calling a couple of times each day, they have the wrong number.

NCO Debt Collection calling a number I have had for twenty years and I have never had an outstanding debt with anyone so that is one very old list they are working from, at a minimum of over 20 years old. Called them. They answered NCO Debt Collection. They immediately removed my number--so they say--
