Called to find out who this was but the hold time was very long. Finally got through to Morgan and Pines. They said they were debt collectors.

called evening on memorial  day evening 5 times after 9pm

call saying they were morgan & pottinger and nothing else.

This is a debt collection agency.  I have settled my debt with them.  Have a letter to prove it and they continue to call.

Always called, when I finally got someone and requested info to be mailed to me reguarding my file. They told me the address they had. I corrected it, they then filed suit in local court, instead of following proper procidures by fair credit act so they can in an attempt to collect made up amount. Counter sue as soon as they call you is my advice.

Called early in morning, the one day a week I can sleep past 5 am.  They didn't answer, recording said please hold for the next teller.  For starters don't call that early, next don't call me and put me on hold!

That's who I thought they were, they say they are lawyers  collecting a debt.  I know I owe a bill to sears, but are they really lawyers?  one like them in Ohio sued me and won but I'm on disability and they can't touch it.  I wish I could come up with money to file bankrupty on them both.
