    Same here. Found out it’s when I called in a conference call with freeconference.com Was supposed to be a 647 area code number, but I was billed for a 867 instead. Weird, I’ve I known I wouldn’t have called.

    We do not charge you directly for the use of the Service.
    Each user of the Service, including you, will be charged the prevailing Call Charges for calls to the dial-in number applicable to the Service that you use.
    All Users will be invoiced the Call Charges on their standard telephone bill issued by their telephone network operator at the prevailing Call Charge rate for calls to the dial-in number.
    You should check with your telephone network operator to confirm the Call Charge rate for the dial-in number applicable to the Service that you use.
    There are no cancellation, set-up or booking fees or charges. There are no account maintenance or minimum usage fees.
    Fees associated with the optional Premium Conferencing Services will be charged to Your credit card at completion of the conference. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "Conference Call Services." Premium Conferencing Services can be set up on a recurring basis in which case such fees will be charged monthly to the Your credit card from the day service is activated and will appear on your credit card statement as "Conference Call Services. You can request cancellation of Premium Conferencing Services on Your 'Account' page; cancellation requests are effective at the end of the current billing cycle which appears in the 'Premium Add-On Services' section of the 'Account' page. For Premium Conferencing Services which are set up on a monthly recurring billing cycle, in the event that a credit card cannot be authorized five (5) days prior to the billing due date, You will be notified to update payment information, and FreeConference.com may cancel all Services if payment information is not updated by billing due date.
    Premium Conferencing Services include:
    FreeConference.com premium applications, as purchased in the FreeConference.com application store;
    Personalized Greetings or other personalized or customized features requested or purchased by You;
    Premium Dial In Numbers, allowing You to pick up the cost of Your Participants' calls with toll-free, or cut down on long-distance fees by using premium local & international dial-ins;
    Call Recording, or other premium applications purchased by You; and
    Other Premium Services offered by Us from time to time.
    All applicable taxes are not included and will be billed separately in addition to noted charges.
    FreeConference.com may discontinue or suspend Services for non-payment at any time without incurring liability.
    We do not refund or credit partially used billing periods in the event of cancellation of subscription based or other services; cancellations are applicable only for the next applicable billing period. No refunds or credit are provided for any chargeable services used by You, such as toll-free usage, toll, or international dial-in numbers. Any other refunds or credits are at the sole discretion of Iotum; in the event of any refund determined by Iotum, You will typically receive the same within 3-5 business days.
