just wondering who or what this is. All I've found out is it's a VoIP number.

robo call selling senior diabetic supplies or something like that.

Calls too often;annoying

"Chicagozno3" on the ID display.

I imagine that after calling for nearly a year and not getting an answer,  they will stop. Extremely annoying.  If it is a diabetic supplier, I purchased a glucose reader over two years ago,  for my family. Had I know they will be e-mailing  me and calling me constantly would have gone to the store. The convenience became an inconvenience. Hope some day they leave a message, and not hiding so cowardly.

I'm guessing this is a SCAM charity operation.

They are using a VoIP phone number, but who knows where they are really located.

I called the number back from my VoIP phone and got a generic "we collect money for charity" message.  I'm sure the owner of this operation believes "charity starts at home" and that's where the money probably goes.

Called twice today.  No message.  Number blocked. Never ending scam calls!!

I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

Annoying,  will not say who they are and why they are calling

This caller will hang up without speaking even if you answer your phone in a normal manner, they  do call a few timess a  week, I called back and they had a woman's recorded voice about customer service, and national do not call list.

These scammers keep calling and of course never leave a message so that tells you something right there.I refuse to answer...and reported the number! Can't they get a REAL JOB,instead of harassing people??? Pathetic.
