No I dont know who it is but he has called my mother and harassed her a dozen times we have made 3 police reports but he also started calling from another number also with 876 area code, he has my mom so scared and she is 80 yrs old sick son of a [***]

called said I won $5.5M and UPS will deliver a check to me.  this he said was his cell number.  he called from 843-401-5186

Area code 876 is Jamaica and your caller is a scammer who wants to steal your money.

I received a call on my cell phone.  The person said his name is James Silver.  He told me I have won Publisher's Clearinghouse 5 million dollars and I needed to go to Western Union pay $50.00 and give them a Control Number of 8579913901.  Western Union in turn will give me a conformation number which I need to take to UPS and they will give me my gift.  

He mentioned Kevon Jones, Kingston Jamacia, WI

I called the police, they said it is a scam, if I really did win I would not have to put out any money and NEVER would have anything to do with Western Union.  DON'T FALL FOR IT
