wanted to know who is company is, said they would approve a loan and that I was refered by a company where I tried to get a loan form someone in the USA. Are they true, just wanted to concoldate my loans into one

Is this company legitimate or not because I received a phone call from them saying I was approved for a loan but I have to send them money first. I really need to know if they are a true company or not.

these guys are scam artists!! the woman tries to get u to commit to signing things before u know anything about it...secondly my spouse and i both got the calls which was fine...but she was asking for 3 months up front, that they will take it off the monthly payments, however she wanted a money order sent to a "so called private lender" which wouldnt be in a company name would be in a persons name.  It is illegal in Canada or the U.S. to ask for advanced fees before the loan, she said the loan would take 3 hours to get put directly into the bank account ... when she sent me the agreement i read through carefully, none of her numbers added up to what they were supposed to be, she had tons of missing information, the addresses were not found online...searched all the business directory in jamaica NO such company found, their are not accredited by the BBB (better business bureau), everytime u call the number she has to call back there was no file number on my information and she wanted paystubs and drivers license before anything...then my spouse on the other hand she gave same info wanted all his stubs and license but never sent a contract??? call it wierd but these people r ridiculous!!!

i applied their and i secure my loan n did receive, but beware there are persons who are pretending to be from that same company and are trying to scam clients... i was warn by the young miss i spoke to. she told me not to speak to anyone but her.t3--------- This is comment is from mary. Read the last line"not to speak to anyone but her" who speaks in a professional way. This whole company or what ever it is spam or fraud . And the above for the loan approved is also posted by the same fake persons who is calling in United states for fake loan. So, be aware from this fraud.

Kathy, glad you are checking it out. This can't be real. Look at what people are saying. And then if you read some articles on things to watch out for off google, it says right on there that no legitimate business will ask for payment up front. I don't buy it. There is only one person saying it went smooth and they are probably from this company! Too many things from your situation are matching what these others are saying!

Also just found some stuff on the minnesota bbb website saying these are a scam and that for some reason jamaica targets minnesota quite often. Why do people have to take advantage of people who really need help? What a sick world!

Area code 876 is Jamaica and THIS IS A SCAM. Demanding fees in advance of actually receiving the loan is *ILLEGAL* as described in this FTC's warning http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/telemarketing/tel16.shtm which states: "It is illegal for companies doing business in the U.S. by phone to promise you a loan and ask you to pay for it before they deliver." A fee is legal if you pay it *after* you get the loan. If you agree to a $125 fee for a $1,500 loan (not that I agree with or recommend it), what should happen is the lender should take $125 out of the $1,500 and send you $1,375 but you should *never* have to pay the $125 up front before you get the loan. THIS IS A SCAM. If you call them, you will be charged international phone rates to Jamaica. Every piece of info you've given them is in hostile hands so you need to do damage control -- if they have your credit card info, cancel and replace the card, etc. Report to the Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx , the Federal Communications Commission http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm , the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and your state AG, as appropriate.

Asking for more money is part of the scam to extract more money from you since you fell for it and gave them money the first time. There is no loan and THIS IS A SCAM. Read my reply to mary above. Sorry you were hit, best wishes.

Yes Ms. Walker this company is a for real scam bogus all the way. Stay as far away as you can from them. Tell everyone you know to hang up on them and report call to consumer fraud.

yes any thing from jamaica just hang up ni just found out the hard way from a comapany called precession precession financial i sent money then more then they requestede more now saying i have to pay to get my money back today i phoned again and they said 30 days for a refund so a little delay for them to get more people do not fall for these scams
