They tell you have won mega millions and a new car. I hung up they call back want to know why you hung up. Then they say they are broke and need 10,000 to feed their family. The call is from a cell phone.

This was a very active scam a few years ago (it was featured on an ABC evening news broadcast.) As you can tell by the 876 country code, it is perpetrated by the foul smelling rodents living in Jamaica.
