I get calls from this number about every 2 or 3 weeks. Its to my cell phone which is on the DNC registry. It's a male with a strong foreign accent and always some different reason that I should send money to start processing. I've been very firm that I'm NOT interested and wish to be taken off his call list. The caller becomes very beligerent. Today I finally said "if you call this # again I'll report it to the Better Business Bureau."  He replied "I don't give a f___ about the federal bureau, we shoot the federal bureau in the head"  and then he hung up!  What should I do?

This guy, supposedly named Mr. Washington (with a very heavy middle-eastern accent), tells me that I have won 2.5 million dollars in a sweepstakes that I don't remember entering. He tells me that I need to purchase a money card for $300 & change to buy a stamp so that the IRS will allow the funds into the United States (tax free, no less) & becomes adamant that I leave work to purchase this magical money card that day so I may receive my check the very next morning (HA!). I say no, I'm busy. Hang up.

The next day, I get 17 calls from 876-351-9289 , 876-278-9039 , & 876-397-8365 urging of the importance of purchasing, or at least promising to purchase, the money card to claim what is rightfully mine. These guys claimed to work with the IRS, the FBI & even that Oprah Winfrey is the head of their company (Really... Oprah? A Jamaican based, middle eastern run Sweepstakes supposedly spelled Seetsaak... :x ). They said this to further assure me that my money was in good hands.  

After a much needed laugh at their expense, and them assuring me that my attorney could check them out, but that they wanted to save me from feeling very foolish for wasting valuable time, I finally decided, after 3 torturous nano-seconds, not to fund their terrorism... Or cartel... Or whatever else it is that these clowns do.

If you get a call from something like this, REPORT IT!

Yap They just called me 10:00 fri  6/15/2012 Smart guy said go to walmart get some card for 450.00  dollars an they will call me an tell me what to do to get 2.5 mill. dollars that i have won from something 3 yr ago or something.Told him ok i,ll just do that HAHA What a [***]!

The sad thing is that the elderly are scammed every day by this group of people....I am so sad that this is happening to people who aren't aware that there are people out there like this. Is there anything you can do if someone you know or an elderly family member gets scammed? This is awful:(

Said He needed money on a credit card and needed the number

Said I won a contest and they were holding the money for me. Asked him where he was calling from  and he said Las Vegas even tho the phone said  Jamaica,  Told him to scam his mother and i was reporting him. He couldn't even get a word out and I hung up.

Called 5 times. I finally answered (a dumb thing to do). Heavily accented gentleman said they wanted to deliver $2.5M to me. I asked him to stop calling, to which he replied: “F you, you big piece of S.”

A man called from thisnumber today to let me know I had just won $2.5 million and a new 2018 Mercedes.  Pretty cool even though I didn't enter anything to win a prize like this.  Maybe I got lucky right?  Absolutely not!  I looked up this number and found all kinds of reports on it.  If you don't know anyone in Jamica then don't answer 867 area code numbers.  Letting all our friends know this.

Received a message saying they were from PCH wanting $400 in Ebay gift cards to claim a prize of $450,000.00 and $5000 a week for life + a 2021 Mercedes Benz S class....nice try the SOB LOL
